Aroma - "Elegant yellow fruits, aged finesse of yellow stone fruits, and a touch creamy smoothness on the aroma."

Flavour - "High acidity with lemon citrus notes, lemon zest, minerals, wet stones and chalky notes. Toasty expression with length of green apples and pastry."

20 years on lees!

Enjoyed at Champagne Vincent D'Astree in the Champagne Region, with the winemaker and cellar master.
