Bright and fresh characters. Though still somewhat a young vintage, it still gives out an 'aged' personality that most certainly added years in the bottle will encourage further.
White floral, dried yellow stone fruits on the nose with a subtle display of bread. Clean, fresh and decent zesty display.
Soft notes of almond / honey croissant, orchard fruits, dried apricots, chalky texture in the palate. Still somewhat tight in flavours, leaving for a length of time in a decent wide bowled wine glass helps to extract the depth of the wine.
Enjoyed with a dried and creamy white cheese selection.
