100% Pinot Noir. Wonderful gold colour with delicate and fine mousse. Toasty Champagne with hints of vanilla, brioche with hazelnut nuances. Marzipan flavours on the palate and touch of honey. Definitely yeasty character. In my opinion, it's a superb and magnificent Champagne. Extremely elegant, it envelopes the mouth like a satin stole.
