Recently enjoyed on a live radio show so under pressure that this wine performed! Anyway, mostly it was still very decent, though certainly show signs of age (ageing in the bottle). We have lost most of the bubbles, it's a darker shade of towards a deep honey colour. Aromas are still quite characteristic of Champagne with citrus and pastry. Flavours are deep in character, we are seeing a caramel, coffee, honey, savoury, dried peach. I do not see the flavours improving with further ageing, we might be over the hill already on any amazing experience to be enjoyed.
