Magnum size.
A very nice example purchased from another local collector who made sure their wines were always in the best storage. Wooden boxed.
Pristine condition bottle and contents. Decent pressure behind the cork. Colouring still quite a lighter shade of yellow, as if still very young. Bubbles are plenty, relaxing to tiny streams and oozing delightful aromas. Apricot, white floral, bread, white pepper, soft hints of raspberries on the nose.
Flavours are more-ish and impressive. Excellent delivery of layers in flavours from fresh to driied apricots / peach, floral, saline, lightly toasted bread. Paired alongside some dried white cheese.
