Warmish straw colour and though bubbles initially, we fade down to a few tiny streams after 30 seconds.

Aromas a bold and showing a lean towards umami style so we have deeper dried stone fruits with hints of savoury, saline, pastry.

Flavours seemed slow to open in the palate, an initial decent acidity blast with white fruits and saline. Mid palate we have appearance of deeper flavour characters mostly mid burnt toast, white rose petals, chalk.
