From the best barrel of 2004: Chartris. Soft raspberry pastry, spices, prunes, truffles, cured ham, fresh red berries / pink rose petals and more in aromas. Dry raspberry, spices, white pepper, chalk, savoury flavours. Elegant Champagne with a bold character that continues delight the palate in a long, lasting length.
