The Roger-Constant Lemaire Estate specializes in the production of rare and atypical champagnes without malolactic fermentation (only 10% of the winemakers), without filtration and without the use of fining. This family specificity makes it possible to produce champagnes with great freshness in the mouth, marked by authenticity and minerality. The preservation is also much longer, our champagnes are "wines for laying down" which improve with ageing. No insecticides, acaricides, herbicides or chemical fertilizers, we use organic alternative methods & vegan. Note that our champagne will be always more valuable than the others brands, because of our specificities & our philosophy.

Our family specificities :

* long conservation : If your customers buy and keep in cellar, quality is NOT decreasing as the others champagne brands, our quality will increase for a few years, maybe for the next 15 years for the Trianon & Blanc de Blancs !

* our products are close to organic (no use of acaricides or pesticides or chemical fertilizers or herbicides. Wine analysis available on request).

* import of seaweed from Norway to naturally strengthen our vines (amendment with European organic label !).

* all our champagnes are aged at least 4 to 5 years, 6 to 17 years for our oldest vintages.

* we do not practice malolactic fermentation (= we preserve the natural freshness of the grapes).

* vintages are produced in oak barrels.

* sugar levels are low, between 0g and 7g/L.

* our liqueur is homemade, 100% pure cane and ages in 300L oak barrels.

* we do not practice the fining method & filtration.
