I always enjoy Dom P at least ten years extra in vintage. Toasty and with subtle yellow stone fruits, floral and an alpine freshness / saline nose. Mid golden colour. Initial blast of green fruits on taste followed by lemon, apricot, saline with dry yet toasty finish,
