Tasted at the launch seminar in Galerie Aveline, Paris (8th June 2021) and Wine shop tasting in Paris (11th November 2023)

At the launch day 8th June 2021 : Brilliant gold colour, very fine bubble going straight up strongly and sharply. Lively mineral, fresh floral aroma with exotic fruits hint. Beautiful length. After 2 years and half ageing : Rare 2008 got more structure and gourmand character in mouth. Length is longer.
