Still very bright colouring. Plenty of tiny bubbles.

Toasty, green fruits, almond croissant nose.

Higher acidity levels despite 20 years on lees! This Chardonnay 1er cru brut soon mellows in the palate to show soft lemon / lemon floral, apple flesh, freshly baked French bread.
