Aroma - "Yellow stone fruits, yellow floral, buttercups draw you in on the aroma."

Flavour - "Zesty freshness, crisp yellow fruits, green grapes, floral, and a touch of delicate biscuits making an appearance."

Enjoyed at Champagne Vincent D'Astree in the Champagne Region, with the winemaker and cellar master.
