Aroma - "Vibrant in the glass with tiny bubbles rising to the top, it was crisp and fresh with wild floral, lemon blossom, minerals, wet stones and salty sea air."

Flavour - "Mellowed yellow floral, ripe yellow fruits, salty sea air, saline, chalky, minerals and some yeasty notes on the palate."

This tasting with with the Magnum version, which was disgorged in March 2024
