A lovely blend of well baked pastries, baked tarts, baked cakes and treats, with croissants and brioche, with a complex layer of syrupy apricot, and fresh yellow fruits/yellow stone fruits, with that slight zestyness that livens the palate, not forgetting the wonderful underlying display of nutty oils that accompanies everything on this marvelous aroma. The palate offers a divine expression from the aroma, delivering at the forefront a magnificent experience of nutty characters and nutty oils, including walnuts and almonds, then dipping into pastries, and well baked pastry treats, and a zesty zingy from the yellow fruits and yellow stone fruits that we discovered on the aroma.

Food Pairing Suggestions: Pair with a tuna tataki, sea bass in a salt crust or a ballotine of guinea fowl.
